Shell core machines ensures quality castings, uniterm faced parts and the most important specification that saves time in mass production besides doesn’t necessitate qualified worker. It’s highly usable for outer form of the moulding die and core production. Core is shell formed as a result shell sand consumption is minimized. The most important factor that any founder desires is gas discharge of the core should be enough during casting. Since the cores produced in such core machines relies efficient gas discharge, minimum production loss is obtained. The outer forms and cores made in such machines can be stored a long time. The core sand after casting can easily be removed and excellent surface quality can be achieved. The parts will have standart characteristics during automatic manufacturing.
